Cleantech Academy Partners
The Cleantech Academy is a unique collaboration between Holland College and the University of PEI, funded by the Government of PEI.
This partnership aims to develop unique post-secondary leadership programming to train the next generation of leaders and innovators who will contribute to a clean growth sector in PEI. These efforts will accelerate the adoption of sustainable solutions, foster innovation, and help PEI achieve its ambitious net-zero targets.

Holland College Program
Holland College is offering the one-year Sustainable Business Leadership Post-Graduate Certificate program starting in the fall 2024. In the fall of 2026, students in this program will be based in the Georgetown Centre.
The Sustainable Business Leadership Post-Graduate Certificate program is a gateway to the rapidly growing field of sustainability leadership and climate action. The program is designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience to lead organizations toward more sustainable operations and deploy clean tech solutions.

UPEI Masters Program
UPEI’s Master of Cleantech Leadership and Transformation is a 16-month, twelve-course-based program with a ‘real-life’ capstone project. This interdisciplinary program will be housed in the Faculty of Graduate Studies, working closely with the faculty of Arts (Island Studies, Political Science, Economics), Sustainable Design Engineering, Business, Indigenous Knowledge, Education, Research, Applied Studies, and Science (Environmental Studies, School of Climate Change and Adaptation).
